Painting back of tank

Spray paint - Krylon Fusion for plastics and glass

+1 on the krylon, multiple light coats and fast drying.

I just used a generic flat black spray paint. Worked great and dried within minutes. The brand didn't seem to matter in my case.

I just used what was around... Industrial Tremclad in a 1 gallon pail. I used a small 4" roller and it worked great. Unconventional maybe, but it made a nice surface.

I used black tremclad in a paint can, not the spray type.
I wouldn't recommended black tho, u see every bit of floaty with it so dark.

There was a thread a little while ago and nazerine put in a link to a guy's build. The actual tank wasn't painted, rather a piece of plastic cardboard.
Check out "to paint or not to paint" from hockey nut on April 8 /09.
