I'm sort of looking for plug and play ballasts. If no one has any to get rid of I will probably buy new.

If you can't track down any used ballasts you should look into the Vertex from J&L. I have one and am happy with it, and the price is pretty good. Apparently they are made at the same place as Icecap's are.

I would also really take a good look at the Lumatek ballasts here: http://www.progressivereef.com/aquariumballasts.php

I hear good things on these and they are even better priced than the Vertex which are pretty unknown as yet.
