tgoeujon's 110 tall tank build
ok ive been thinking about starting a tank journal since i started this tank about 6 months ago so i guess i should.
The tank is a 110 tall 48x18x30 with a tidepool II sump, which will be upgrading to a 75g as soon as i figure out how. i took pictures from start to now, so ill put them up and see what kind of critisism i get. http://photos-h.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos..._6479663_s.jpg http://photos-a.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos..._5622840_s.jpg http://photos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos..._7920163_s.jpg http://photos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos..._6186015_s.jpg http://photos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos..._3481020_s.jpg http://photos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos..._7820833_s.jpg http://photos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos..._3243431_s.jpg |

Well, It's about time :D
And I approve. Inwalls are so cool. But I don't have room for that |
thanks bandit, inwall was the only way i could make use of some rather odd angles in the basement. plus that way all my supplies get to be close at hand.I really like untamed's pictures in his thread with the bar in front so that will be the next part of the construction process.

noticed i didnt add any pics of the donut so i figured i should, since this was taken it has been moved to a corner of the tank and opens up huge.

Hi! In the first large shots you have - what is the red fish called in picture 13. It is a wrasse of some type. Nice pictures too! Your tank is really tall.
|
thanks leah i kinda wish the tank was a bit shorter and wider like 24 tall and wide instead of 30 tall and 18 wide, the wrasse is a yellow fin fairy wrasse (female)
