Live Sand For Sale!!!
$35 obo for the sand. Its about 30lb ( 2 inches in a 20G tank). Its Carib Sea Select Sand. It was seeded with bacteria, critters, etc from my main 66G tank and from about 25 lbs of live rock. Its been setup and cycled for about 8 months with a number of fish. It used to be my nano reef. There are no flat worms.

I just want to understand it. First this person says its bad. This book says "you don't want them" .. Then on here ppl say "give them too me" hard to know what is right and wrong
Oh well, Still in the learning process. |

Oh ok... no problems then.. was that the reason why everyone thought they were a pest?

I have bristle worms everywhere ... in the refugium, in the 66G reef tank, in the mantis species tank and in the 20G nano (that is where this sand is coming from)... and from everything that I've seen, they're good for your tank. Especially if you tend to overfeed a bit  , they clean up afterwards.
If you're interested in the sand let me know. |
fear of the unknown
