shipping 4' T5 bulbs
 

wondering buy local or get shipped, any bad experiences?

I have ordered 4 36" T5 bulbs (2 diff orders) from a particular online vendor (if you want to know PM me, and I will tell you), and have received only 1 broken bulb. I had to send that bulb back and they replaced it, including the shipping for me to send the broken bulb back. The way that bulb was broken, and the fact that the one beside it wasn't broken lead me to believe that it was actually broken before they even shipped it to me.
