Anywhere local to get decent Live Rock
 

I was wondering if anyone knows of a local shop that gets in decent live rock? I was at aquarium illusions on Thursday and the so called live rock looked like base rock.

When I started got my LR from AI and looked similiar to what they have now. Given time will colour up.

Should also check regularly on Canreef's Buy/Sell forum.

you should check out the reef shop http://www.thereefshoppe.ca/index.ph...index&cPath=68 a lot closer and i've heard great to deal with as well.

I, like you am really struggling with finding any kind of decent rock here in edmonton. the rock the stores have is crap and $$ and the rock people do sell on here, by the time I pm them it's already gone or they want to sell the whole lot at once.. it makes trying to get this tank up and running frustrating... keep looking you might come across something... and if you do, let me know lol!
