Acropora videos

I was snorkeling in Costa Maya, Mexico in January. Here is a video I took of some Acropora palmata. The camera is moving a lot because I'm being thrown back and forth with waves and surge:

And I found some Acropora cervicornis:

Pretty brown SPS but seeing it in nature versus a LFS or home tank was awesome! Made me think back to 2000-2001 when surge buckets and 250/400w Iwasaki 6500k were popular. The polyp extension was very good.

Ya they were saying a hurricane had hit a year or two ago. Driving to the dock some of the locals were rebuilding shacks and a lot of the coastal mangroves were dead.
