Red Sea Max 130 - Lighting Upgrade to HQI
 

I put this thread under "Reefs" but I believe it may belong here as it can be a DYI project. Anyone? ---> See below.

Does anyone have a Red Sea Max with a lighting upgrade? If so how did you do it, what did you buy?

What are my options:

1. Remove the lid - hanging pendant
2. Mods by DYI or companies like Nanocustoms

Anything in Canada that you know about?

I would like to change the lighting to support hard corals etc. I know some guys are having good luck with hard corals and clams......But I think the lighting should be better.
