Where to get cheap PC lights?

I'm looking for some cheap PC light for freshwater plants 65w in Calgary, anyone have any suggestions

Try Pisces'. If I recall correctly they have Hamilton PC's for what I thought was a decent price.

Ther is a hydroponics place on Edmonton Tr that had PCs for a good price a while ago.
