want to by any autotop off system that will turn on power head to autofill sump.

I kno you guys are good at getting hard to find stuff in calgary.

Check out the Tsunami AT1 I've used one for 7 years without any maintenance or problems.
Don't use the suction cup for the pressure tube though I zip tied mine to an old Maxijet bracket.
