Hey Guys, thank you so much for the help you have given me over the hours we have spent talkin over the phone. Also for the great deals that you have given me. I wish I could come in to your store to have a look around but the 8 hour drive to get there is just too much. I like that I can phone and order something unseen, but just by taking your word on things. I have never had a store phone to make sure that I was going to be at the airport to pick up my livestock and also phone the day after to make sure I was happy with my order. The R/O unit you sent me is awesome and working great and you surprised me with the delivery time. The service that you have given me is top notch and I feel I no longer have to go to any other store. Just another reason to support the "small guys" And for the other members reading this, no we are not related and I have never met Dan face to face. LOL

Thank you for the kind words...we are "small" but try to do what we can for each individual (within reason :twised: lol) Checking customer satisfaction is definetly something we like to do especially when shipping and sending things you buy on our word.
We know all is well and we have picked good livestock or suggested great products however we like to make sure YOU, as the consumer, are #1 & happy and everything arrives as we hope it should.

Again we are happy to help as we can and look forward to one day meeting you in person :)

im' not shocked you are soooo happy with what you got. although the may be classified as 'small' its far from it. the quality and service is greater and 'bigger' then anywhere else. finally there is a place that cares about the customer being happy and coming back rather then the dollar sign. i'm stoked youre so happy and never been in the store cuz let me tell ya, if you have seen the store, you never leave!!!!!! :lol:
