Man I dont know if any one else is whatching the IIHF Canada VS USA Game but man what a game some of the best Hockey I have seen in a long time

You got that right! Junior hockey is the best all-round hockey IMO. John Tavares had himself one hell of a game! Nice to beat the Americans again. Drive for five is still alive!

Hands down the best tournament ever!!

That game had it all (at least from what I saw of it) Fast paced, high scroing. You could tell tempers were flairing though. The American dude clothesline's Canadas player after the goal (so what, they skated by your bench...ooooooo) but the Canadain player didn't need to take out their guy too. Same with the boarding shortly after that...that's scary stuff. I know a guy who had a promising hockey carreer and was boarded in the Junior League (played in the WHL I think) he ended up having to have 2 brain surgeries to relieve the swelling in his brain...not good

It would also be nice though to see the rest of the world actually care about the tourney a bit ;)

I think some of the guys on SportsNet were right on saying Canada has made the World Juniors seem so overly important to win because the country really feels a need to be dominant in hockey and at some of the other levels (the olympics/worlds) it has not been easy to win lately. I kind of agree with them...great tournament but certainly not the best competition.
