some are good but I find some kinda misconceving.

for instance when they talk about high a low water flow.

low water flow in the ocean is still way more than 90% of us have in our tanks, and I don't think any of us have "high" water flow. Even when I had a 150X turn over in my last tank it was still way lower than what I experanced when snorkiling off hawaii.

they make sumps seem pretty like garbage. 2/3's of my tank if sump/refuge and have to say its the best thing i ever did. they have so many more benefits then just creating live food.

I should have heeded warnings and stopped at post 2. I went on and read the next 3 or 4... whoops.

There always has to be some evangelist who can't seem to make the connection that "you don't need a skimmer" and "using a skimmer is wrong" are nowhere near the same concepts and one does not logically follow from the other. :neutral:
