Oceanic 24 watt ballast warranty
 

does anynoe know where or who I have to go through to get my oceanic ballasts replaced under warranty. I cant seem to find anyone that knows. Thanks

When mine went for my 8gal, I just took it back to the shop that sold it to me. They took care of it. I'd start with wherever you got it....

Yup, that's how it worked for me too. Mike at hidden reef took the matter into his own hands and contacted his Oceanic supplier himself... you know, back when he owned the store. :sad:

Did you buy it used? if so, your only option is to contact oceanic and hope for the best.
