Building an Acrylic Overflow

Anyone here who has the talent to bend acrylic with a propane torch? I found a way to build an acrylic overflow on Melevsreef.com. I've decided not to drill my tank or sump on my new setup and this overflow system looks like it would work fine, just one problem. I don't feel comfortable doing it myself. I e-mailed the guy but he didn't return my message so I was wondering if someone could build this for me. The plans for the overflow are on the website, if anyone thinks they could build one let me know.

It's actually alot easier than you might think it is. For the amount of acrylic you're going to need, you can afford to wreck a few pieces... but worry not, its pretty easy!

There is also some other fun things you can make with acrylic in your oven .. you can make whole pieces plyable into a mold
