250w PFO ballast + work horse 7 + bulbs open to offers

They are both contained in a home made hood which needs a little tlc cooling fans need to be replaced and wiring needs to be cleaned up other than that all the bulbs and ballasts work great there are two ushio 10k and two vho actinics both sets are 7 months old,looking for offers over $100 and looking to sell asap (i need the room)

Is the PFO ballast electronic, HQI or magnetic?
