Flow suggestions for 120 gallon reef

I have a 120 gallon mixed reef, running for several years.

At first the Mag 12 return was fine and all I needed for flow.

As I got more SPS I added a Tunze 6045.

Still I think the flow is inadequate, particularly as the corals grow they are blocking more and more of the flow.

I'd like a nano wavebox but I don't like the price.

I was thinking of adding a larger Tunze powerhead or maybe a modded Koralia.

Any advice or suggestions?

tunze all the way!

I couldn't justify paying it at first however it's worth every penny.... when your b-day comes up ask for cash same with x-mas then you can afford it. I also suggest going with a multi controller incase you want to add more in the future.

I have 120G and I use tunze. A wave box and two nano streams 6055 on a single controller with photo cell. I have sps lps and anemome.
The 6055 are on each back corner at 45 deg to the front of the tank.

Have you looked at the vortech's? A pair of them will get great wave action happening.

If your looking for a cheaper solution maybe check into a couple of modded maxi-jets.
