Waiting for the RKE
 

Anyone else get in on the pre-order for the Reefkeeper Elite? They started shipping a couple days ago. I was a couple days late, and haven't got an email yet. I expect it early next week.

Per DA, international shipments must go out separately then domestic packages, so next week is probably a good estimate.

My RKE has been stuck at Customs in Vancouver for over a week now. Where is everyone else's RKE?

I haven't even got the email yet.... I was thinking something was wrong, but apparently they stopped shipping for a few days to fix the bug's with the un-shipped units. Maybe its a good thing, maybe I got forgotten about?.

Do you know what day you paid?

I just got an email from them, they stopped shipping to fix the bugs on the remaining un shipped units, things are back on track, and I should be getting the email today. I guess its worth the extra wait for a bug-free or less bugged unit?

Thats very good to know. Hopefully your unit will be bug free and you won't have any problems!

Mine arrived today and we are just starting to run it, thankfully we haven't run into any bugs yet.

Sure Sure, brag it up.... lol. Mine hasn't even been sent yet. I have emailed them about 6 times asking for them to check up and see if I got forgotten about. 6 times they said that its because i'm Canadian. The last email I got said all remaining units would be shipped no later than Monday. Still no email. Kinda getting upset.

That must be quite frustrating. I'm sorry about the delay. Hopefully they will ship it out like they promised.
