My Yellow Watchman Goby doesn't have a Pistol Shrimp, so it seems he adopted a Blue Gudgeon. They share the same home and peek out together, which is really surprising because the Watchman is very possessive of his little space and tries to drive other fish away.

My human roommate has the same goby! Does your's sift thru the sand?

Yup. He does a little sifting under and around his home.

Ya mine doesn't go through the sand at all. Its one interesting goby though, he hides in the rocks when he see's fast movement past the tank and than when I am on the computer he creeps on me. Its weird cause he looks directly at me than hides when I come close to check him out

Yeah they're really shy but super curious at the same time.
