Does anyone have one of these? Can you tell me how often you're feeding it, what and how.

I find that I am getting red slime algae growing on the sand below this coral and I'm pretty sure that it must be due to overfeeding it.

I feed mine mysis every odd day and the rest of the time reef roids or coral frenzy (By targe feeding) Mine sits on the rock not in the sand.

They eat everything and need lots of food. Target feed them.

I don't target feed mine because they are quite capable of catching their own food and they are placed where the flow sends most of the food whizing past them

and in case anyone thinks they are starved, they have grown from 5 heads to 7 in the last month

lots twice a day. They're staying healthy since but it's not helping the tank along with all the other overfeeding that's going on in that system.
