RO jug sterilization

How do you guys sterilize your RO/DI jugs? I've never sterilized mine (my jugs are about 2 years old), and figure maybe I should start. ;)

I use the sulfite sterilizer for wine and beer making equipment. I have it on hand (for its intended purpose) and it does not leave anything behind after a quick rinse. Kills bacteria and yeasts on contact better than chlorine based sterilants.

I use the Water cooler cleaner that they sell at Water stores. I do my water cooler every 2 months and my bottles at the same time. Once the bottles are clean I take them to the water store and they do an Ozone rinse before filling them up with new water.

Ok, thanks guys! :)

1/4 tsp hydrogen peroxide with boiling hot purified water.

Yeah, the Water company today told me the same formula as Gools just suggested.
