Cleaning Blue Barrels

I just picked up some Blue Barrels for my water storage. What is the best way to clean them? They were used for fish fertilizer......supposedly all natural ingredients. I filled and tested for nitrates and found none. Is there a way I should clean them other than just rinsing? Or should I just use them to store waste RO/DI?

I worked at a water bottle company and we use hydrogen peroxide in one of our steps to sterilize the jugs. It's what I use all the time to clean up my containers for fish stuff.

Or you could use white vinegar to clean them as well.

There is a grow op....I mean hydroponics store in Maple Ridge at the corner of Dewdney Trunk and the Loughheed in the same complex with ABC resturant. Pacific Northwest Garden Supply. They have them for $35.

Don't you hate it how people in Crown Victorias are always photographing you when you leave that store?

I pull my hat down over my eyes and wear a trench coat so they wont notice me.....
