QT new fish for a system already with ich
 

To begin with, I'm all for QT of new fish but after I didn't quarantine an addition last year (was assured by the guy I got the fish fr his tank was ich free) ich showed up in mine after about 6 months.

Know one quarantines for more than just ich but wondering on the likelihood of bringing in something else on a tang.

My concern is bringing in a new strain of ick. Your current fish can deal with the type you have now....but could they handle one of the supper resistant or resilient types?

Was away all last week and haven't had a chance to make it back to the store to see if it's still there, got a call in though.
