Suggestions on Over flows/ drilling for 29g Reef

Hey all i am currently setting up a 29 gallon reef, and i was thinking i may want a small sump/fuge or something underneath, so i was thinking of doing a nice couple holes or overflow or something to get more flow in the tank. Anyone with good ideas on what to do or KNOW OF SOMEONE WHO DRILLS let me know please :) :)

Seem some posts here about reasonably priced diamond hole saws at e-bay.

Drilling with a Dremel isn't that bad either. I've done a couple of holes for 1" bulkheads on a 20 and 33g so would imagine similiar thickness to your 29g. Each hole took ~15-20 minutes with cheap diamond grinding bits from Princess Auto.
