Sick Clownfish?

I noticed my common clown this morning with a small brown lump on his chin. It almost looks like he has a goatee. Anybody have an idea of what it could be?

Upon further investigation from the front he looks like he has a red dot below his mouth with what almost looks like a light brown fungus protruding down from it.

Ok, whatever was on the little guy's lip fell off. I read somewhere that copepods can attach themselves to a fish's body. Anyone ever heard of this? The clown now has a small red dot left below his lip, hopefully it will heal.

Yesterday whatever it was came back, I set up a small quarantine tank and he's in treatment now. Hopefully he'll pull through.

Been on medication for 4 days. Fed him a couple of small pellets, he went to grab one and the scab on his chin fell off. He looks alot better. I'll keep medicating him for a few more days.
