LF closed loop pump, Dolphin, reeflo,etc(van)

I'm looking for a pump for a closed loop system. I would like something with Hi flow (2300-3000) gph and can safely be throttled back if necessary,but still fairly quiet. Dolphin,sequence/reeflo or equivalent
