Power compact lighting and anemone

I have two 36 " 96W PCs over a 46 gallon bowfront. I know that anemones has high lighting needs, but after much googling it seems that many people have had good success using pcs. Just wondering if anyone here has any personal experience to share?

I had a GBTA under dual 36" PC's. The anemone survived, but was no where near as happy as it was under the 4 36" T5's that I have it under now.

I have a tube anemone and a sebae in my tank. The lights are 110w power compact and they seem to be okay. Clowns host the sebae and everything stays well away from the tube.

Thanks! Anyone know where I can find a sebae in Calgary?

Just to warn you I found out after I bought one that they get quite large. Mine is going to outgrow my 28 gallon tank in no time.

Anemonies don't die overnight. It can take months. I wouldn't keep anemonies with anything less than T5s or Metal Halide. They need lots of intense light.
