Canada Post Claims Process
 

Has anyone gone through this?

I have been dealing with them since before Christmas and I still don't have any answers. It's impossible to get anyone to return your calls and the one call that was returned was at 6:00 am Mountain Time.. Well the call center is in Ontario, of course I'm not going to hear the phone at 6:00am. I have sneaky suspicion that I am going to be out $300.00 and that will be that.

Just venting!

The 3 times I've dealt with them they have always been quite fast. Within a week or so the issue was resolved. Twice I was the shipper and once I was the reciever.

I had to claim once as the shipper, I received settlement within a week. 5 months later the original package showed up at my door. Go figure. No, I didn't repay the insurance claim.
