What did everyone do on Valentines day?

Just curious as to what people did on Valentines day. I went out for dinner with my boyfriend to Chilli's for a very yummy dinner, and then... we went to a LFS!

Took the kids skating. Then took the family out for a crappy supper. Wife went out with her friends. I took the kids home and put them to bed. Sucks getting old.

Worked all day at home, but my wonderful wife Irene picked up some dinner at my favourite Vietnamese Restaurant & we feasted on Grilled Prawn, Pork & Chicken Brochettes, Prawn Imperial, Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls, Steam Rolls, Salad, and Vermicelli noodles. Yummmmy

I'm going to take her out to our favourite pub/restaurant (the Shingle Mill) in Powell River when we go up there at the end of the month. Hopefully we'll be there for King Crab night:wink:

Drank 6 beers, soldered cables for 2 hours, recompiled a kernel to support 1 wire hardware monitoring devices, and ate a $5 pizza. fed half the crust to my cats. :|

Wasn't all that bad :) Was snowboarding at baker for the past 4 days prior and had just dropped off the other to the airport so she could go do a girls week thing.

we did have a good laugh though at people running frantically through grocery stores hunting for flowers. i just don't buy into it.

hub was gone most of day. but we stayed in for supper. our "tradition" of sweet and sour stir fry made it to year 4 :)

we had a really good fruit flan for dessert.

My wife made a great dinner: Green salad, Oysters Rockefeller, stuffed mushrooms, New York steak, baked potato, and a bottle of wine. And after dinner.....................!! All I did was bring home 6 white roses. Boy, did I get the best of that deal!
