Calcium Chloride

Previously, according to Randy Holmes-Farley's 2-part recipe, lots of people were using DOW products to supply the calcium chloride end of things. I've searched high (and yea--low) in Calgary for such a product and haven't found anything yet. As well, DOW recently (relatively speaking) released information regarding their new batches of products which are said to contain increasingly high levels Bromine.

I googled and found this website....a chemical production company that seems to specialize in calcium chloride and magnesium hydroxide. Does anyone with any knowledge in this area think these products would be ok? Is there any way to know?
