Hey everyone, I'd like to talk about our packaging here at Creative Corals. Our standard box size is 12x12x12", insulated with 1.5" foam. The insulation is quite expensive, but we feel the peace of mind for us and our customers is worth it. Your items are double bagged with extra strong and thick seamless bags, sealed within a larger bag to prevent leaks. The box is sealed with 1-2 40 hour heat packs. We apply shipping labels to promote proper handling by the shipping company. The cost of our quality shipping materials is well over $10 per box, but we only charge a $5 handling charge. We also guarantee that your items will arrive and stay alive for 24 hours.
