T5 lights for freshwater tank

Has anyone used the Helioes HO T5 units? If so how were they and is there a place in Canada to buy them from?

Terrible units, they are so dim you can't even tell they're on. Not a true High Output, that's for sure.

weird.. they are a high output 24watt bulb for a 24" fixture and use electronic ballasts. at 25 bucks each from the US I thought they would be a deal if they were ok.
