How do I frag a duncan??
 

The main Duncan looks like it's smothering the new ones. Do I just slice them off the main stock and glue them elsewhere??.

Seriously though, don't do it.
To answer your question however, you could use a diamond cut off wheel with a dremel, that's what my friend here did when a few of us went in on a colony.
Let the thing grow, it's not smothering new polyps don't worry about it.
