Bell ExpressVu switch to shaw, great deal.
 

I just found an awsome deal if you are with Bell and their satellite. I've been looking to switch for a while now and this pushed me over the edge. If you own your HD-box(non pvr)/dish from Bell you can take part in their "Ditch the dish" promotion. You sign up for a 2-3 year contract, give them your bell equipment (who knows what they do with it... sell it back to bell?) and they give you a FREE HD PVR. On the futureshop website the shaw site they are $700. Hell of a deal if you ask me!

You dont have to give them your dish, just your HD box. They scrap the box u give them after a month. :wink:

Any kind of deal for non HD and want to go to HD - I have a Bell PVR. Not impressed with Bell for some time now with several issues, time for a change (10yrs later :) )

you probably could, dont know to much on how bell works thou.

There's a market for dishes and LNBs to the FTA people.

I seem to recall them selling them off to the FTA bunch in 2002 - with a big uproar to boot over it!

we've been trying to find a cheap Bell dish ever since our old one got stolen off our roof when we weren't home for a weekend. we have Shaw right now. I like it, hub misses all the satellite stuff. :lol:
