My Lawn Mower was full grown when I got him just under two years ago. He died this morning for no apparent reason. My Chocolate Tang harassed him a bit but don't really think that stressed him that much. He was fat and sassy like you would expect. But what do I know....

carpet surfed on the second day. I love lawnmower blennies too :(

Both of my lawnmowers lived 7-9 months before they found out the hard way that they can't breath or carpet surf.

Mine has been with me over two years now. Superb personality, for a fish. Eats every food fed to the tank, including nori, plus scrapes the rock.

I wonder what part, aggressive fish plays in jumping. Mines always been the boss.

I have had mine for 13 months now. No problems, very bossy to others though if there on his perch points. (his favorite spot is in a large colony of GSP) And he loves to rearrange small rocks and knock over frags. Is also quite active in removing algae.

How large was it Scott, a buddy of mine has one 6 inches long:mrgreen:
and i have seen others in the 4-6 inch range. Thankfully, mine i still about 2.5-3"

Ours went carpet surfing after about 4 months :sad:
