wtb: Guppies
 

well i am looking for some guppies, about two males 8 females.. please post or send me picks of them. i am not to big into knowing the differences in guppies, but they will be on display at my wedding.. so the flasher the better. thanks

I'm curious as to how and why the guppies are going to be displayed at your wedding.

If you want flash I would go for 10 males of the same colour and make sure that the bottom and back of the tank are a contrasting colour, i.e. red guppies and black substrate/backing. Four females to one male would be a good ratio if the objective is to produce lots of babies over the next few months.

well... the reasone we are going with some guppies.. is that we are getting married in hawaii, and then the party in calgary is a week or so later.. so we wanted to make our reception some what hawaii like.. so our party favours are little sandals wth our pictures... and on that same table we where going ot have some clown fish in a bio cube and such... but freshwater is much easier to deal with in a short amount of time. and there were going to be in fish bowls with black gravel. about 3 different bowls on the table, with natural sand that would have the sandals in the sand! like hawaii!
