Looking for Live sand

I was wondering if anyone could spare 1/2 cup to a cup of live sand? Also if anyone has some macro they want throw out, I would like some please. :) Just not grape caulerpa.

PS: I live in Red Deer, Alberta :)

Thanks to sandyd, will be getting some live sand on friday yaaaay!!!!:biggrin: Ty to the posters above for their replies as well, sandyd was just closer to where I live.
