MACNA XIX, September 2007
 

Just thought I'd pass the link along in case anyone wants to plan a vacation in September. MACNA 2007 will be in Pittsburg this year from September 14th-16th.

I wish I could go but I'll be in SE Asia :D

Last time I had a chance to go was in 2000 when they were at LA and the Aquarium of the Pacific just opened.

Lots of freebies to be had....... especially on the last day when the exhibitors are packing up to leave.

I think i might go again this year, even if it is to see how much i cant have.

Should be a little more comfortable this time, the heat was messin me up last one in texas, was like 33 degree`s and 100% humidity....but the show and the hotel rooms and resteraunts all were air conditioned down by like 15 degrees.
Everytime you walk outside you felt like your first 2 layers of skin just roasted off.

Now i just need a couple o buds to go with.....ROOAAADDD TTTRRRIIIPPP !

Road trip ?? To Pittsburgh ??? From Chilliwack ?? Man you people with loads-o-free-time .... :p

On the other hand, think of all the LFS's you could visit along the way. "Hmmm sucks, sucks, sucks, sucks, hey we're in Ohio! Awesome, awesome, awesome, oh no longer in Ohio, sucks, sucks, sucks ... Oh here we are in Pittsburgh. Yay!"

Well, i guess its a PLLLLLAAAANNNEEEE TTRRRIIIPPP ! Then a couple CCCAAABBB TTRRRIIIPPPPSSS and a few just plain ol TTTRRIIIPPPSSS as we stumble home from a good evening. :D

It would be neat to visit those stores in Ohio though. Who knew that the midwest was such a hotbed of coral propagation anyhow?

I guess it would be interesting to tour the Pittsburgh Steel Mills. I've always wanted to know if they do indeed play "Gonna Make You Sweat" by C+C Music Factory on the loudspeaker.:razz:
