Flow for BC 29g
 

My BC29g has been running since last September with 3 fish and about two months ago I started adding corals. Currently there is a leather toadstool, green candy cane frag (7 heads), xenia frag and some zoos. This week end I am adding a torch coral. I will be stocking corals ata rate of 1 each 2 weeks. LPS and softies, no SPS. (fyi the hood is removed and there is a 175w MH suspended)

My question is about water flow. The cube is currently runnnig on the stock pump only (in the third chamber). Do I need to add a power head (Tunze, Koralia) or will the stock pump be adequate. Thanks for the advice
