Another fish to keep with my clown

Hey guys,

Im starting to stock my 10g nano. Currently I have a clown fish that has been alive and well for a month, and I would like to add another fish. I would like to add something other than another clown, so give me your suggestion on what you would keep with it in a 10g, as well as any inverts you would put in as well.

you should get a catalina goby. They stay really small and are very brightly coloured, bright red with a neon blue stripe. For inverts, definately get some sexy shrimp, they're really funny to watch and also stay really small. I'd also invest in a pom pom crab.

I had a clown and a Royal Gramma in a 10G nano for 4 years before I moved them to a 75G setup.

I was told by many LFS's that these 2 fish should not be kept together in a smaller tank.

You have to be very careful with catalina gobys they are from much much cooler waters and cant live long in high 70s temperature. Try a two-spot AKA combtoothed blenny they add next to nothing in bioload and are funny as hell cheap too i bought one a couple months ago $12 at J&L.

I have never heard that. Also, the fish never complained in 4 years. :scatter:

Keep in mind, my experience is limited to these 2 fish, which I still have (5+ years).

How about a bi-colour blenny, or a clown goby.

I think a Hi Fin Red Banded Goby would look good or a sailfin blenny
