Live Rock Growth ID Please
 

I'm still very new at this hobby. I originally thought it was an outbreak of Aiptasia but I'm not sure. It's spreading on all my live rock quite quickly. White little flowery type things... They don't retract when touched or disturbed.

What are they? How do I remove them? Why do I have them / what am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help.

Ahhhhh I forget what they're called now. They're not aiptasia. They're harmless, you can leave them.

Scypha sponge? Hard to tell by the photos....
