Fragging Frogspawn?? how aggressive can you frag?

We fragged our massive frogspawn today into 4 pieces.....on each "frag" there are 6-10 heads still....how aggressively can you cut each head? I am curious if you can cut into the white area that feels a bit slimy or just leave it alone and be happy that I (we) didn't kill it! I just see frags others have done with a lone single head or 2 heads and wonder if we could make more smaller frags than we did? Any help or input is appreciated!

White area that looks slimy? I believe that's tissue, no? I would just leave it alone....or stick to cutting the calcerous "skeleton" bits.

You can frag it down to 1 head if you wanted (makes for a lot of frogspawn though),
I have dropped them on the floor and ended up with half a head that survived  .

WOW Marie....that makes me feel more confident...it does seem very hardy! thank you!

i'd say any heads where you can break the calcerous part, have at 'er. It's not like it's alive there anyways.

these work great:
