Moving in 2008
 

Well Me and Tammy have said it out lound that we are going to sell our house and build after I come back from Afghanistan in 2008. I can't wait going to have a double car garage bigger house. all the good stuff. and you know what comes with a bigge house right.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes I will be Just moving from the East side from a 1954 raised bungalow that has been totally renovated by my self to a south side cabover home...... but with more Taxes of course. there is always a crappy side to a move. but the area is a newer development that we like and i will be alot closer to DOug too so that I can bug him more.

I'm looking at drilling my own water and getting off city water. reasons Bigger tank LOL

Were talking about solor power for the home, and geothermal heat and cooling too. lots of nice things...

I have geothermal and LOVE it. Would do it again, even though the initial outlay is a killer

its like 20K to get it going isn't it I know it's a lot to get it going may be email your number I would love to talk to you about it

depending on the energy needs of your house but mine was $36,000 I wince when I say it out loud
