snotty acros?
 

whats goin on here?after I fed with Gold Pear reef food, most of my acros looked like this.

not sure about acros, but mucous can be a way of capturing food.

did the circulation go off for an extended period of time? some of my corals do that if the water's been turned very low for longer than 15 min.

Acro's IME generally slime up when stressed so I don't think this one was happy with whatever happened. It looks like it was just exposed to air.
