Is having high calcium levels going to cause great harm to your fish and corals?

It shouldn't cause a problem if it gets too high, it just precipitates out... causing a snow storm and your alk/cal level to drop

It can also be hard on your pumps as it tend to "calcify" on the moving parts and can cause them to sieze.
