Ocean Aquatics to the rescue, again.
 

Like any self respecting guy I assume I know what I'm doing, I make the assumption that OA is open at 10am so I drive out there from Maple Ridge, to my suprise I get out there and they don't open till NOON. Wendell was there and opened the doors for me and let me make my purchase, he even took time to talk to my son about fish etc... Most stores ignore the kids (they aren't spending money I guess) but Wendell was asking my son about his favorite fish, and showing him stuff, I was very very impressed.
Once again I have to say, OA went above and beyond the level of customer service that I'm used to.

That's great. Usually the staff at most LFS around here are so busy they rarely have time to talk to me let alone my kids, except one store.

I second that kids treatment. I brought my kid there on the weekend and they gave my son a bright white bleached acro skeleton for his little aquarium :mrgreen: He was thrilled!!!

based on this post I am going to go there tonight and blow some money there.

I done my share of online purchaces from there, me being in Manitoba. The service I get from those guys is unbeatable. I highly recommend them to all, not just the guys from BC.
