Toadstool Lighting?
 

how much lighting do i need to have for this coral?
i have 2 40 watts OD 4x
1 40 watt OD 2x
1 40 watt actinic OD 2x
2 actinic 40 watts
is this enough lighting?

Leather corals can be under any lighting you want.
It's all about acclimation to the light.
My finger used to be under NO lights then to OD lights then to halide lights.
Fine under all of the above.

it's been almost 2 months since my tank has been setup and i haven't really done nething to it
i've been takin it REALLY SLLLOWWW haha

What type of lighting is it under now?

If it's under diffrent lighting than what you are putting it under in your tank dont be suprised if it shrivles up for a few days but it will adapt.

I have a Toadstool Leather, it is a real favorite of mine. I will post a pic in the next day or two. I have to clean up my website anyway. I have had it under PC lighting, and MH. It was perfectly happy under either. Just as a matter of interest, it was the size of a 10 cent piece when i got it a few months ago. It is now about 1.5 inches across. :D :D :D

Full sun in the summer.. just put it out on the front lawn :wink: :lol: :lol:
