28G Lighting Recommendations?
 

I'm looking for a lighting recommendation for my new 28 gallon bowfront tank. Aside from a light fish/invert load I'll be hosting softies only. Tank dimensions are 24x16x18.

I was considering buying the retro kit from AHSupply; either their 2x55watt kit or their 4x55watt kit. If you have any thoughts on either in reference to this tank that would be appreciated as well.
