Blue Throat Trigger Reef Safe?

I would like to know some experiences with these fish in there reefs. Are they hit and miss, sure thing or just stay away from them?

I have never had one myself I know a guy who sets up reef tanks and he always puts them in, and have seen them in quite a few reef tanks.. Dont know if that helps.

Willito had a pair in his reef and reportedly had no problems. (When he sold them I wanted them but decided I didn't have a space ready for them so had to pass on them. When my big tank is online I might try some, or maybe some crosshatch triggers.) Anyhow, they're planktivores, so really there shouldn't be any reef-safe issues with them so long as you have the space. I would think. Sorry no direct experience myself with them.

I actually purchased willitos pair of blue throats. I have them in with a bunch of lps and inverts and they have yet to even look twice at anything. The only problem is during feedings they go a little wild and occasionally run into some of the corals. I would reccomend them

I have added one to one of my clients tanks....so far so good although he does like to collect hermit crab shells near his cavern...problem is, sometimes the shells still have crabs or snails in them.....

So you can put them in with fish and they wont bother the fish?

My hippo actually bosses my BT around. My BT has been totally reef safe.
