How does your cowfish handle the flow of a reef tank?

That one of the cowfish is awesome :mrgreen:

My cow is about a foot long he was the size of a quater when I got him. The flow does not seem to be a problem at all, he sleeps right beside my power head. The only problem is the older he gets the more stuff he like to pick at. He ate 2 of my anemones, he like to nibble on snail shells and then when they fall down he will suck the snail out. He is really good with shrimp and lps corals.
